TARJA TURUNEN: LEFT IN THE DARK CD
No other female voice has shaped the genre of symphonic metal more than Tarja Turunen. As a pioneer of gothic and symphonic metal, Tarja shot to fame and glory with her band Nightwish. She then began her solo career and has released three very successful studio albums to date, which have been have been awarded gold or platinum in numerous countries. The current studio album "Colours In The Dark" shot straight to number 6 in the German charts.

Now something very special is being released: "Left In The Dark". Previously only available in a bundle with a ticket for the current tour, the exclusive release will now finally be available in stores.
Following the track list of the last studio album, "Left In The Dark" contains B-sides and rarities such as demos and instrumental versions. And a very special highlight are two acoustic versions of the songs "500 Letters" and "Until Silence". As if that wasn't enough, Tarja herself took the time to write liner notes for all ten tracks, in which she provides a very personal insight into her work.

By the way, the artwork was created by fans as part of a competition and chosen by Tarja herself.
