Asia: Live in England CD/DVD
Legendary English rock supergroup Asia are pleased to announce the release of their live album "Asia - Live In England".
Asia are back and rocking the stage with their new rousing line-up! Recorded on the first of three unforgettable nights at Trading Boundaries in Sussex in April 2025, this release features the band performing their legendary 1982 debut album 'ASIA' in full, along with a selection of their greatest hits.

Featuring Geoff Downes (keyboards), Virgil Donati (drums - ex-Planet X), John Mitchell (guitar - Arena, It Bites etc.) and the outstanding Harry Whitley (bass and vocals), this new incarnation of Asia brings both respect for the classics and an infectious new energy to the stage. The setlist includes fan favorites such as "Heat Of The Moment", "Only Time Will Tell", "Sole Survivor", "One Step Closer" and "Time Again" as well as songs from the video era and bonus tracks such as "Ride Easy", "Video Killed The Radio Star", "The Heat Goes On" and "Daylight" (exclusive to the video).
Geoff Downes said: "Playing the first ASIA album all over again has brought back all the great memories from 43 years ago. In the studio with John, Steve, Carl and of course the great Mike Stone as producer. I think we knew we had made a good album at the time, but we couldn't have predicted the enormous success that followed and made the band famous worldwide, especially in America. It was the result of a lot of hard work and effort from everyone involved. So when I was given the opportunity to put together the live album with the current and fantastic line-up of ASIA and in collaboration with Frontiers Music, the decision was really clear."
"I realized again what great songs and performances make up the album - diversity and musical dynamics are at the forefront. When we re-recorded it earlier this year, some of the lesser known tracks stood out to me and I realized how important they are to the overall body of work, alongside of course the classics like 'Heat Of The Moment', 'Only Time Will Tell' etc.," he continued. "We made this for you, the fans, and hope you enjoy hearing these songs live in full as much as we had composing and performing them."
With Asia's 40-plus year history - from multi-million selling albums like 'ASIA', 'Alpha' and 'Astra' to their defining role in the sound of the MTV era - this new line-up proves that the Year of the Dragon brings the legendary songs to life for a whole new generation of fans.
