This reissue celebrates a seminal work by ANUBI, a Lithuanian avant-garde black metal band. The album, initially recorded in 1996 and released in 1998, represents "a deeply conceptual work about Death" exploring transformation and inner illumination. Led by visionary Martynas Meškauskas (Lord Ominous), the band pioneered unconventional black metal by incorporating saxophone, accordion, and keyboards alongside traditional instrumentation.
